why did purgatory close down? because hardly any of the members were active. people continued to sign up and not stay active with their characters. do you know that we've had about eighty members since the site started and almost all of them have fallen inactive? i suppose perhaps it was just the site concept that didn't keep people's interest stuck for longer than a week's time. either way, it is sad that the site had to die but we did tell you that if activity did not pick up, the site would close down.
